AC Milan officially announced its annual financial report, with revenue reaching 494.5 million euros, setting a new record and making profits for three consecutive seasons for the first time in history. Among them, Reinders' transfer played a key role. The player joined Manchester City for 55 million euros this summer, bringing a profit of 42 million euros to the club (the amortization cost of the player's remaining contract is 13 million euros).

The club also strengthens the team's strength through cash flow and profits. Last season, the club spent 123 million euros on signings, including 30 million euros for Jimenez, 26 million euros for Fofana, 18.5 million euros for Pavlovic, 17 million euros for Morata, 16 million euros for Emerson, and 10.5 million euros for Bondo. These signings increased the team's annual budget by 14 million euros, player salaries increased from 155 million euros to 160 million euros, and amortization expenses increased from 75 million euros to 84 million euros.

Therefore, player trading has become an important means to balance the income and expenditure. The profit in the 2023-24 season is due to Tonali's high transfer fee, while the latest financial report benefits from the transfer of Reinders and other players. Kalulu's value added was 13 million euros, Simic's value added was 2.5 million euros, Maldini's second transfer income was 6.5 million euros, and Brescianini's 6 million euros. Including loan and other bonuses, the total transfer income reached 83 million euros, a new high for Milan in the Red Bird era.
