Former Milan director Braida talked about coach Allegri who coached Milan again in an interview.

Allegri coached Milan from 2010 to 2014, and you were still at the Milan Club. In the summer of 2010, I was the first person to call him and suggested to him to coach in Milan. Needless to say, he was very excited about the invitation.

Some fans are skeptical of Allegri's return, what would you say to them?

I want to say welcome Allegri. In a sense, to lead Milan, you need to know Milan, understand the history here, and know how to guide the team. You should know that Milan is not and will never be an ordinary team, and this is not a club that anyone can coach. He is an experienced person, which is very important to understand the current situation of his work, that is, Milan has an obligation to win. Allegri knows Milan very well, and he later achieved success in coaching at Juventus. We need the personality that can immediately determine who is in charge, and Allegri proves that he has that personality. Milan needs to find his identity, which is what we have been missing in recent times, but with Allegri and Tare (Milan Sports Director) we will solve this problem.

Do you like the combination of Tare and Allegri?

They gave me a good feeling, and I think it was a guarantee. They have all proved that they know how to do a good job, and I hope they can do what we Milan fans want.

What do you think of Allegri's game style?

I can only say that if you want to win, you must be organized. The most important thing is to have strong players. Allegri knows how to manage capable players. Milan needs a leader to lead them forward, and the coach has proven that he knows how to achieve high-level goals. Given the current coaching market, he is the best choice.

Have you ever communicated with Allegri?

Yes, we met a few days ago. We meet often and sometimes we go for lunch together.

You support Milan to re-ask Italian local coaches to coach

This is very important. I always talk about identity. People born here can give you more help, which is indisputable. If you have a group of players with Milan roots, it will be an extra boost, and that's the right path.

What do you think of Milan's new sports director Tare?

It takes experience to complete the job, and it takes more time for beginners. He has worked in a very complex environment (Lazio) for many years and has achieved outstanding results. I believe he is competent for the job.

Can Allegri help some Milan players get back on track?

Allegri has personality and authority to avoid negative things happening again. Milan has a good team, but I think we need a player who can pinch the whole team. Currently, there is no such player in Milan, such as Pirlo. You need someone to connect these players together into a team, rather than a scattered player.
