Famous reporter: Signing Antetokounmpo for the quota, the Bucks may part ways with Smith or Jackson

According to previous reports, Antetokounmpo's brother Thanasis signed a year-on-year security contract with the Bucks.

The Bucks currently have 15 formal contract players, so after finalizing Antetokounmpo, they must free up a place. ClutchPoints famous reporter Brett Siegel wrote an article about the possible personnel adjustments for the Bucks in the future. The article states that the Bucks may cut Taylor Smith, or cut him first and then sign a two-way contract with him. If it is the latter, the Bucks will also need to part ways with one of the two-way players on the team. They currently have three two-way players, Booye, Sears and Pete Nance.

The article also states that the Bucks may consider trading Smith, but the most cost-saving plan is to send or sack Andre Jackson Jr. (Jackson's salary is currently only 800,000 yuan guaranteed),
