According to Italian journalist Skira, Benfica offers 30 million euros for Palmeiras midfielder Rios.
Skira revealed that Benfica is interested in Rios, has submitted a new offer of 30 million euros to Palmeiras and has prepared a contract for the Colombian midfielder to 2030, with an annual salary of 3 million euros.
Rios had in-depth negotiations with Rome on personal terms and reached an agreement, but Rome has not reached an agreement with Palmeiras.
