According to reporter Bobby Vincent, Chelsea plans to transfer Chilville to Strasbourg permanently.
Bobby Vincent wrote on social media: "It is understood that Chelsea's plan for Chilville is to make him permanently transfer to Strasbourg. As for Isher Samuel Smith, he will be loaned to Swansea after permanent transfer to Strasbourg earlier this summer."
