On Wednesday local time, RB Leipzig officially announced the signing of young player Andrea Maximovich from Belgrade Red Star.
Leipzig official said that the club signed with 18-year-old Maximovich until 2030 and will wear Leipzig's No. 33 jersey.
The 18-year-old attacking midfielder made his professional debut at the Belgrade Red Star at the age of 16. He still has experience in seven Champions League games. At the age of 17, he played for the Serbian national team and has played 8 times so far.
According to previous media reports, Maximovich's transfer fee is around 14 million euros.
