This pure private investment project, which started construction in August 2023, costs $1 billion, is the core of the stadium that can accommodate 25,000 people, and will also create 15,000 jobs for the local area and build the largest park in the city.
Although expected to be completed in 2026, the stadium will miss the World Cup next year, and the game will still be held at the NFL Miami Dolphins home court Hard Rock Stadium, which is also the venue for the F1 Miami Grand Prix and the Miami Open.
