BBC's La Liga expert Barrager confirmed that Barcelona has reached a personal agreement with Biba winger Nico Williams, and the two sides will sign a contract for 6 years.
Nico's contract contains a termination clause of 62 million euros (about 53 million pounds), and Barcelona expressed their willingness to activate this clause.
BBC also revealed that Barcelona was preparing to explore signing Liverpool winger Dias earlier this summer, but because Liverpool valued the players as high as 80 million pounds, Barcelona had to give up and switch to Nico.
